    Not a gymnast but I ALWAYS get ribs (I ride 7-8 horses a day) on my ring finger when I forget my gloves (happens a lot tbh) so thank you for the tip

    I have been a competitive gymnast for 2 years and comp seasons… I have only ever had one rip. I get really bad callouses though.

    rip hack! put a sock on ur hand when u go to sleep to keep it from drying out, it will heal soooo much faster like this

    I play soccer and I would only use one tape that looks similar to yours, but they sell it at the Soccer store I would buy 4 rolls at a time.

    Oh, and I forgot, I also want to know about muscle recovery & healing & such. For instance, what forms of recovery have you tried & what are your opinions of them?

    Now that you're retired from competition, would you and Andrew consider trying out a bunch of things & rating or reviewing them. For example:

    Cryotherapy, ice baths, detox baths, massage, acupuncture, accupressure, ashiatsu (where they WALK on your back!!!), Ayurvedic medicine, epsom salt, Indian Bentonite healing clay, hot springs (sulphur), dry needling, infrared sauna, pneumatic medicine, compression therapy, whole body vibration therapy, HBOT (hyperbaric oxygen therapy), therapeutic use of essential oils, TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation), electroacupuncture, herbal medicine, aromatherapy, rolfing, Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique, Functional Integration Therapy, Yoga, Pilates, AcroYoga, Couples Yoga (all for healing of course, but also a hybrid therapy/workout), Gua Sha, cupping, moxibustion, ear candling (some risks – so be careful – but I "hear" good things – get the pun, haha, wow I am lame), chiropractic, myofascial assisted soft tissue mobilization, Thai massage, assisted stretching therapy (it's a certified thing now, and it's sweeping the nation), goat yoga (because, why not?!!)…

    I could keep going all day, but I'll leave it at that, for now. These are just a few of the many forms of healing & accelerated recovery I've either pursued or fantasized as a quasi-elite athlete over the years. Okay, so I'm not an Olympic gold medalist, but I used to play a ton of sports, and really, really well on a national level, until tragedy struck… I managed to run a 4:50 mile and bench press my own weight + 10%, even while both sick and injured, so that's not nothin'!

    Anyway, can you tell I am passionate and enthused about this stuff? I'd love to see Shawn and Andrew try LITERALLY ALL OF THESE!!! And I definitely feel like you guys could pull the Pro Athlete / World Champion / Olympic mulitple-gold-silver-etc medalist card to get the best possible deal (free or even paid to feature it) in the pursuit of getting to try each of these. And ps – my favorite method of acupuncture is the Community Acupuncture because it's such a cost effective treatment model AND THIS IS ONE THING ON THIS LIST THAT I HAVE TRIED AND CAN CONFIRM IT WORKS AMAZINGLY WELL. Damn! I didn't even get into all the Cross-Training Fantasies I've had over the years… Just Google the ElliptiGo and you'll see what I mean. That too!!!

    Oh, and I want you guys to do judo with Ronda Rousey some time. She was your Olympic teammate in Beijing!!! I feel like she's perhaps been standoffish or even unapproachable in the past but her public persona is one way, but behind the scenes she's like this sweet & shy girl who is totally soft-hearted and fun. I feel like she would adore Shawn. (Well, I mean WHO DOESN'T ADORE SHAWN?!)

    What else… I've been scheming about how I can get you guys to collab with my other favorite Youtuber, Gabbie Hanna (she has 6.3 million subs & is a TOTAL SWEETHEART & side note, she's struggled with weight issues & overcoming an eating disorder…and she's a great dancer, too, and all around major creative talent, in my opinion). I should probably wrap this up… it's just, these topics get me HYPE(d).

    I was a pre-pro ballet dancer for 10 years and we used pretty much the same things you used for your hands on our toes/heels

    A good leotard hack is to use this sticky spray that they use on the handball so your leotard doesn’t go into your but!
