not necessarily good initiatives to increase salary solely resolve freed is not the same or easy pure solution should be selfdetermination responsive behavioural change however as class one officers level of income is not sufficient shall be increased in order to feel for what they are established simply of undertaken but not just because of discouraging greediness and make them feel more responsive with efficiency of it

No, the corruption would not stop because it's not necessary that more compensation can help in preventing corruption, although it can enhance a person's greed & a greedy's contentment can never be attained. A civil servant is entitled to serve others by his selfless service not to serve himself, he should be contemplated whether he is satisfied with his duty or doing his services selflessly for the sake of needy people not to think about how to get more salary. Government already provide them many lucrative facilities &good salary ,they r very well compensated so this can't b say that corruption will stop if they r suitably compensated, corruption can never be stopped if they have even little greed. They acquire the highest& most reputed post but still they r known as servants of civilians & this is the beauty& essence of this service. For the civil servants, the real contentment should be lies in their selfless service for welfare of the individual.

corruption will decrease some extent but not fully. if a civil servants get low salary then a greedy of mind always push him to income in improper way. but not all civil servants are corrupted. some work in honest, integrity way.

I think sir…no because hm compensation bi increase KR denge tb bi greed…or corruption km Ni hoga ..or bdh jayega… because unki demand or high ho jayengi..or ak civil servant ko wo sari facilities milti h Jo milni chahiye to I think aisa Ni hone chahiye..or ye ak civil servant ki ethic values PR depend krta h ..if he or she wants to increase the corruption so they can ..no one can stop him or her…..or if they knew his values so they didn't..
