my beautiful boy boerboel, Bentley was my constant loving, loyal, obedient gentle giant of a companion and I'll probably never get over the loss of him. He was with me for 9 short years, not long enough but I'll treasure the time I had with him and remember him always!.
My Bentley BoerBoel. He was bred by James Brennan in Portarlington in Ireland and from the age of 1 year, he was rendered disabled, having endured 8 operations to correct LuxatingPatella, he walked with an exaggeratedlimp and although vets told me he wasn't in any pain, I now doubt them!.
He never lost his loving, caring nature and took everything thrown at him in his stride and, he loved me unconditionally!!.
His operations in total cost £25,000 and although he wasn't cured, he stayed with me and enjoyed his life immensely, for 9 years.
I miss his face, his heart, his very deep breath and indeed his immense snoring at the e d of my bed. I wake up sometimes in the dead of night and think he just turned over in his sleep and moved my bed as he used to!.
    Boerboels are simply the best!.
