Compact Pickup Camper – Vanlife without a Van

Lots of people camp in their pickup trucks, but some take it a step further by building out a sleeping and storage area. These builds are almost always done on long box pickups, but not today!

With the help of Johnny from Crafted Workshop, we’ll build a cabinet for my short box Honda Ridgeline with running water, usb charging, and plenty of storage.

Check out Johnny’s video on this build

U could have had a 12v pump and have a resivoar with a drain with a container to get all the used water or even have filter to reuse the water

    I have 2 questions
    1. Is it okay to run a derailleur without a shifter?
    2. Is it okay to run a 6 speed derailleur on a 7 speed cassette?

Hey Seth! Great work with this here channel! I love your unagitated way of presenting, love how you spice your videos with good portions of humorous bits as well as I like listening to your voice in general.
Besides the entertaining value, the most important thing about your videos for me is that they got me back into mountainbiking, which I had mostly been doing as a kid and not continue as a teen. Just like with watching skiing videos in summer makes me look into the sky wondering when the first snowflakes would fall, your MTB videos catalysed the wish to make my wheels spray dirt into my face. So after watching nearly all of your videos by now and continiously riding more and more I am now asking myself how I could've kept all that fun from me all those years. Well I am back at it now and the feeling of my own skills improving with about every ride is highly addictive; thanks for getting me back into riding! 🙂

  41. Spencer Gould November 30, 2017 at 5:40 am

"sink would be totally impractical and just good for youtube entertainment" – nailed it, Seth. Where does the bike go? That's a lot of work to have to hop into your trunk bed to brush your teeth, especially with that spacious brand new 4 door truck. I enjoyed the video but was cringing a bit at the practicality aspect.

  42. Noah Hester November 30, 2017 at 5:40 am

We want bike videos what happened

  43. X80GAMER25 November 30, 2017 at 5:40 am

Do you think the giant fathom 2 2017 would be a good beginner bike

  44. AnthonyAdamsonvlogs November 30, 2017 at 5:40 am

what ever happened to the sync'r pro

  45. Sergej Nadaždin November 30, 2017 at 5:40 am

Now just run a hose from the sink to the chassis of the car, so all the water spills underneath and no one can see it. When they see it, it's too late. You are already gone.

  46. Peter CPRail8748 November 30, 2017 at 5:40 am

Seth fucking mint set up. Portable and element safe. All you need is a propane buddy heater for early spring and late fall nights up in colder regions. Also a hitch flat rack for your bike and your set.
