    Is Remington dead?

  2. ` February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

Does 9mm get any heavier than 147 grains?

  3. flipalot24 February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

I had a .40 glock, and it was just not that great..I sold it 3 years ago, and went to 9M, I love it…sorry but .40 is dead.

  4. Zachary Marsala February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

40 SUX. 10MM IS THE BEST

  6. FilosofoCA February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

Anyone volunteers to get shot by any caliber? Jesus lol I like shooting period I don't care what it is. I shot a .40 for qualifications at worm for my first time and I scored a perfect score. I shoot better than a 9mm. I shoot stronger calibers better for some reason? Like I can shoot .357's fine better than a 9

  7. Hero Support February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

there are barrel conversions for going from a 40 to a 9 tho these converted barrels are thicker.

  8. toastedjoke February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

Doesn't it really just boil down to personal preference? You shoot what you trust and feel comfortable with, right?

  9. Hold'em Hook February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

Yeah let’s just completely copy what someone else just done. Damn. Be original.

  10. paraglidingnut26 February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

Eric, please remember, a lot of action pistol shooter's shoot .40 caliber S&W based upon the power factor in certain action pistol events. And most competitors re-load because of the higher pressures with the factory .40 caliber ammo rounds.
If you practice a lot, this is still a great self defense round, even if your practicing with factory ammo.

The only crappy Glock I owned in my life was a Glock 23 (40 cal), good God, what an uncomfortable gun to shoot. I sold it before finish the first box of ammo. I own almost every handgun caliber except for .40, I prefer a 9mm 147g by a mile

  12. tracker WYO February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

    why do you have a 9mm???? because you don't have a 40 or 45!!!!!!!

  13. Hi There February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

Berry stated years ago, "you can never go wrong with a Glock folks."  So I took his advice and got one in 40 S&W so many years ago. That things is and has been wonderful to use and to carry. So for me, 40 s&w is not dead.

  14. Shaky 88 February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

Real world test…my buddy's 9mm glock with +p ammo vs my m&p .40 against cinder blocks. The 9mm literally bounced off. Round after round, you could see the rounds bounce and twirl backward in the air. My .40…1st shot cracked the cinder block in half.

  15. fkdhjfghdsjkghjkfhgkfjd February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

Why do the pistols, in the background, all have a plate in front of their barrels?

  16. D Michalec February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

9mm: More affordable ammo = more training. Less recoil = better accuracy, less flinch and easier follow up shots. More rounds per mag = more chances for corrections & more multiple target capability. Easier for family members to use. Easier to carry… Ammo variety greatly improved over the years. Increase weapon longevity. Etc… etc… etc… I like the 40… But I don't get the 9 haters. They are both great rounds but the 9… will never die.

  17. DeltaForce Reviews February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

    These guys say 40 weak but can’t handle a 40 recoil 🤔🤔 if you can’t handle a 40 I’m sorry. I love 40 & 10mm XD/XDMs are great in 40 & 45! Glocks made for 9mm

  18. Chris Synowiez February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

    Good job. informative.

  19. STT VOYAGER February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

.40 S&W was dropped by the FBI because their agents THAT DON’T PRACTICE ENOUGH CANT PASS THEIR QUALIFICATIONS. SO WHAT DOES THE GOVERNMENT DO? Instead of telling their AGENTS THEY HAVE TO PRACTICE MORE, THEY TELL THEIR AGENTS WE ARE GOING BACK TO 9x19mm BECAUSE WE KNOW YOU TURDS ARE TOO LAZY TO PRACTICE ENOUGH…..TYPICAL GOVERNMENT RESPONSE….

  20. NDOMAKONG SUH February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

I carry my g22 more than I do my 19. It just feels like the perfect round for me.

  21. willglo February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

If you can't decide between 9mm and 45acp…then go with the 40sw…its that simple!

  22. Robert Allen February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

Glock 22 Gen 2 marked "Missouri State Park Rangers," 4006TSW from the CHP, 4026 from the KCPD, 410, and SW40VE in my cabinet. I shoot my other calibers more, but I've got no issue with .40 in a full size gun. Anybody wants to give away their .40 "Short & Weak" I'll take them!

  23. Budget Guns and Gear Reviews February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

You just laid out all the reasons why I switched from .40 to 9mm.

  24. Phatt Daddy February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

I carry .40 and love the round, I shoot it just fine cause I practice with it. I love my .45 too but carry .40 at 15 rounds with the liberty carry ammo and it is not heavy at all, I feel more gun slide weight than I do on the mag weight.

  25. MrThomass281 February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

I love my Sig P229 in .40 cal.

  26. Mrgunsngear Channel February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

kid you not—I was going to shoot a video on this topic on Wednesday—you beat me to it!!!

  27. tdicorato February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

People just don't get it. There is ALWAYS a better cartridge. If you are coming out of the gym or hiking trail in workout clothes you won't be able to carry a .40 Cal for all you 40 guys. You probably won't be able to carry a 9mm. Chances are a .22 mag North American arms is gunna be in your pocket. That's what matters guys. Carry the most powerful cartridge you can under the circumstances and that's the best round to carry. 40 Cal is NOT that great. There are better options if you can conceal it.

  28. bbhrdzaz February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

my first thumbs down for you ever. i have a 40sw and a 10mm, but not a 9… a .40 has 23 percent more frontal area, travels faster, and carries more energy grain per grain of bullet weight at the same pressure. please compare bullet wt., barrel length and power evenly. then render an opinion.

  29. Chris alvarado February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

I like 9mm. More rounds, cheap for practice, less wear and tear, lighter recoil, faster follow up shots.

  30. shcbac9914 February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

You don't have it so .40 is dead. I got the gist of the vid. Thanks!

  31. bulldawg2233 February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

They all have there place in the tool box

  32. Charles February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

    Gayyyyy

  33. kalishnakova86 February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

I have shot plenty of deer with my G35. They couldn’t tell if it was 10mm or 40s&w. Everyone fell within 10 yrds and didn’t complain.

  34. Jack Homer February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

GSP went from, since they started using Glock in the mid 90's, .40 to .45 GAP to their current carry: 9mm. FYI 😉 Love your channell!

  35. David Wright February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

Heck no! I carry it everyday. I've seen a .40 work effectively in the real world and I am a believer.

  36. Slim Pickings February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

Dead? I don't think so. People still shoot all kinds of "obsolete" calibers. There is a place for .40s&w also.
For a carry gun, i'd pick 9mm though. Not that it is allowed as a civilian in this silly country.

  37. Kontageon February 12, 2018 at 5:16 am

Probably should've put some of these numbers on a board or something lol
