Then we finish off with some trivia from the cult classic Killer 7.

Did You Know Gaming extra is a show where we take a theme, and explore all kinds of facts, secrets and Easter eggs associated with that theme, topped off with a random piece of trivia.

That thing about the proteins was mentioned in an academic article I used for my research paper on video games' psychological effects. (That just sounded way more fancy and complicated than it actually was… I was just a Freshman in college. XD Though I am quite proud of my work.)

Positive takeaway: Hell yeah, long term attention and memory is enhanced.
Negative takeaway: Ah shit, gamers actually react to rewards when gambling. EA's gonna ride us into the dirt and take our wallets.
Overall: Hold up, they used Dunkey footage? Now you have to do a video on Knack 2!

  13. Grand Yee December 7, 2017 at 5:53 am

EA tryna get those dopamine levels up for just $19.99

  20. Sir Sandvich December 7, 2017 at 5:53 am

Researching in the effects of gaming is always so interesting. The variables are almost limitless too. To find concrete information seems like a monumental task.

  22. angeldude101 December 7, 2017 at 5:53 am

FoldIt wasn't meant to out-do scientists, it was made by scientists to get more man/brain-power and recruit more volunteers to solve a hard problem.

  23. luccagiovani December 7, 2017 at 5:53 am

    The dunkey reference

  24. arturboy December 7, 2017 at 5:53 am
