Life Hacks for Irish Dancers



Life can be super busy but we all want to become better dancers so this video teaches you some easy and effective routines you can incorporate into your daily life to help you to become stronger, healthier and more flexible without becoming busier!

I had the help of my adorable dancers from my studio to demonstrate these hacks so, thank you very much to all of them for making this video super cute and fun to make.

    I love these hacks, and I love that you also demonstrated some of them to show that adults can do them as well. On a side note, I love the pink glitter flats you wore in the second hack, are those sold online anywhere? I'll have to check out more videos now from this channel as I just came across this.     This is like my favourite video on YouTube. I'm from Ireland and i danced at worlds and then I saw this and I've been doing these hacks everyday for nationals

    You always put so much work into your videos! Thank you! I also do ankle twirls when I'm waiting in line at the store. And, if I'm at a red light or in traffic I do toe scrunches (if there's enough room in my shoes, that is!).
