    Hello Tarun Sir,
    I saw one of your videos for the first time and then I saw back to back 4-5 videos of yours. I am a very skinny, underweight guy. I am 5'6'' but only 45 kgs. I have been always like this. I won't say I take a proper diet, but I am sure I do eat enough not to be such skinny. I have been out of home for 5-6 years, but I was at home before and I had proper food, still I was like this. I went to 2-3 doctors but they say that nothing is wrong with me, just take proper food. What should I do? I am planning to join some gym – get supplements, but confused if it will help? Too depressed :/

    I have an ectomorphic body. If I eat any high carb food (normal quantity) before workout, I feel a little emetic while working out. Any tips to avoid it. Your reply would be appreciated.
