    115 pounds isnt heavy at all. That weight is NORMAL and HEALTHY (depending on your height). You should not be losing anymore weght. You are already skinny.

    There is no such thing as a bad carb… Different carbs have different nutritional value but they are not ''bad''… It really depends on your body and your habits. A man who does body building will have no issue eating white rice with ALOT of protein, etc… But someone who wants to lose weight should simply diminish the amount that is consumed instead of taking it off the menu altogether. When you eliminate something out of your diet it creates a nutritional deficiency…. Everything is good, in moderation.

    Im 134 pounds, but pretty average fat on me. (skinny) but muscles are things to, so don't listen to the Scale and think about the muscles you are building.
