She Thought A Massive Dog Was Lying On Her Porch But When She Went Closer Yikes

Kathy Inman got up one morning and walked out to her front porch. From the other side of the window in her door, she thought that she saw a dog laying outside. She tapped on the window and the “dog” turned around to reveal itself… It was a mountain lion.

wish it was fed something with sleeping pill than darts, & then taken away. it looked like it wanted to be in a safe area protected by people.

  3. Z S October 23, 2017 at 9:48 pm

why the heck would you call the cops on this creature? Assholes.

  4. Karen Elizabeth October 23, 2017 at 9:48 pm

Should have just let her alone. She’d have wondered off of her own accord after her nap.

Why not just leave the darn cat alone…it will finish up its nap and move on.
These cougars mostly follow around areas that have a lot of deer.

  7. Big Al October 23, 2017 at 9:48 pm

Why did they hit it with a door?

I loved this! Wow, it would be awesome and a dream of mine to see a creature that I love so much, up close. I would do as they did and have the proper authorities get her to proper safety and returned to the wild. Awesome Share!

My neighbors are animals and I don't want them here. Can I shoot them with darts and then drive out to the desert?

  14. John Wells October 23, 2017 at 9:48 pm

that's awesome ! I wished I had one sleep on my porch ! I would feed it steaks every day ! best guard in the world ! I had a rottweiler one time .. I came home from work and found a ass pocket to a pair of Levi's blue jeans in my yard ,, still had the Levi's tag attached ..

What? No mountain lion steak for diner? How lame!!! They sort of taste like chicken.

Wonder what attracted her to the neighborhood. Probably lost her mother at an early age, but not early enough she couldn't make it. Might explain the lack of fear of the scent of human habitations.

  17. Cathy Mayse October 23, 2017 at 9:48 pm

I hope that humans will stop building in animal habitats, they have the right to this earth. They wonder in the streets that was theirs before, and people wonder what they're doing there. I hope both will learn to share this earth respectfully. How will the world be without animals….

Nice to see the cops did not shoot it. Here in Chicago, well…….our homicide record speaks for itself.

  26. Angela Nebedum October 23, 2017 at 9:48 pm

Dang that lion can RUN even with tranqs running through her veins if it took them an hour to track her knocked out body down after she ran off when they shot her. lol or that wasva REALLY weak dart if it didn't knock her out before she got too far.

  27. Mary Stroughton October 23, 2017 at 9:48 pm

  31. NycBeauty October 23, 2017 at 9:48 pm

The white devil is taking over their habitat. This is why this happened ! I’m surprised a white devil male didn’t shoot it dead for a trophy!

  32. chippledon1 October 23, 2017 at 9:48 pm

Why do these pop ups frequently appear at the end of videos? Major annoyance!

  33. Michael H October 23, 2017 at 9:48 pm

Mountain lions are common in our Arizona mountains. Last Sunday on a dirt road to the trailhead in the Galiuiro mountains one raced in front of our vehicle. Unlike places close to urban areas these mountains are remote and full of game. The canyons are full of large oak trees with lots of pine and Douglas. They are there and my dog acts as a second pair of eyes. There are also bears and javalina but I feel more safe in wild areas than most towns or cities. I do pack a gun but I'll never shoot one. The noise alone would scare them and I would rather photograph them.

  34. Richard Wilson October 23, 2017 at 9:48 pm

    What a beautiful cat

  35. Refuso PissedO October 23, 2017 at 9:48 pm

We think that's a nice story with a good outcome but it isn't. That cat needs it's space, that's why it was hanging around where people are. Too many people, too few animals.

  36. steven antal October 23, 2017 at 9:48 pm

    Poor cat

  37. Stormy Syndrome October 23, 2017 at 9:48 pm

Nice to see they're still around 🙂 been a long time since I last saw one in my neck of the mountains. Coyotes ran a majority of them off long ago.
