Vegan NFL Star David Carter’s Jackfruit Not-chos

Your favorite brand of tortilla chips
Black beans
Diced onions
Black olives
Cilantro
Tomatoes, diced
Jalapeño slices
Avocado, sliced
Jackfruit, sliced
Cashew cheese (recipe below)

Place chips on plate

Pour desired amount of cheese over chips

Add beans, tomatoes, Jack fruit,  avocado, Cilantro and jalapeño, Diced onions and olives

Enjoy!

 

2 cups of cashews, soaked overnight
1 cup of nutritional yeast (or more to taste)
2 garlic cloves
1/3 cup of onion
1 teaspoon of cumin
½ of a jalapeño
Salt to taste

Place ingredients in blender and let it rip, adding up to 1 cup of water until desired consistency is reached.
