Her travel snacks
My favorite airport snack is probably either a smoothie with berries and Greek yogurt from Jamba Juice or an Auntie Anne’s pretzel because I cannot walk past Auntie Anne’s smelling that without eating it.
Her workout fuel
Pre-workout meal, I eat eggs over toast with cheese because I need that protein before I workout. Post, I like to get Liquiteria’s Deep Blue Acai smoothie.
Her cocktail order
I’m currently obsessed with Moscow mules, and sometimes I get a Mexican mule because it’s tasty, it has ginger in it, and you kind of feel like you’re cleansing while drinking.
What’s in her carry-on
I need headphones, ChapStick, and Chanel Hydra Beauty Crème and Vaseline. And Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate.
How to look better on the beach instantly
A self-tanning lotion like Victoria’s Secret PINK Sun Kissed Bronze Shimmer Oil to add some color, and then maybe a couple squats, a couple sit-ups, and you’re good to go.

Well, I like to mix cardio with bodyweight exercises. Adriana [Lima] is really amazing at kickboxing, so that’s really great cardio, and then Candice [Swanepoel] kind of inspired me to go.
Her perfect day of eating
I’m a major foodie, so that includes waking up and then going to get brunch with my friends and getting eggs benedict, but instead of Canadian ham, I get bacon. And then walking around, and then for lunch getting a nice, fresh salad from the farmer’s market with protein. Then a midday snack, which is usually a juice or a smoothie or maybe an ice cream if it’s hot outside. Then a super cozy dinner with my friends, or if it’s nice outside we’ll barbecue and have burgers and hotdogs and French fries, and then a coffee.
