On thing I forget to add into this video is the conjecture surrounding The Doctor’s claim that he was the hybrid as many people believe his admission of the hybrid being “me” is in fact in refecence to Ashlidr and her name for herself.

However it is more than likely at the time he was referring to himself (albeit as stated untruthfully) as he explicitly says that the hybrid would be destined to conquer Gallifrey and stand in it’s ruins, both of which he does in the follow episode as he overthrows (conquers) Rassilon and (after saving Clara, the other half the Hybrid) later stands in the ruins of the cloisters.

Again as said it’s still not the best explanation but it seems to be more fitting than the hybrid being Ashldir

Yes they are, this is stated in the episode

When he said "the hybrid is me", I thought he was referring to Lady Me/Ashildr.

I will admit Moffat was a great writer and made some great stories.

The hybrid's identity was revealed in Moffat's very first story.

Come to think of it. Big finish did set up the possibility of another reason for the Doctor's leaving gallifrey as in the 2013 story Prisoners of Fate, the Foctor said he had to leave in a hurry. So much of a hurry that he decided to take a different TARDIS rather than his Type 50.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the whole half-human thing. It's something I pull up every now and again, most often to drop it back into the confused pile and give up on.

Heaven Sent and Hell Bent I can describe with a phrase from “A Good Man Goes To War.”

“The Doctor will never rise higher, but then he will fall even more further than that.”

I like that they briefly touch upon the half-human subplot in 'Hell Bent' and the Doctor not outright denying it.

Steven Moffat made some fabulous storys. Heaven Sent is my favourite story.
