Got to laugh at all these comments about cancer because of the bag, I have been cooking my omelets this way for years and I am now 51 and still alive and healthy, calm down people if you didn't like the idea of cooking an omelet in a bag why did you bother to click the link?
Just so you can have something to complain about?

  4. superanimegal September 25, 2017 at 1:24 pm

this is no different than the sou vide (doubt im spelling it right) method that alot of restaurants are doing now

  5. Bree Love September 25, 2017 at 1:24 pm

My OCD kicked in when you left ingredients on the table 😠

Instead Of Making The Food In Plastic And Risking To Become Sick AND Waste Time You Can Just Do The Same Thing In A Pan So What If It Takes More Time To Clean At Least You Won't Get Sick. 😐

Bad idea! Carcinogenic compounds from bag will be released

  8. Emmanuelle Catubig September 25, 2017 at 1:24 pm

    30 mins of boiling? Fuck!!

  9. DD Harrell September 25, 2017 at 1:24 pm

Perfect is right! I'm gonna try this recipe!

y'all are dumb as shit. the majority of food is cooked or reheated this way in restaurants, so maybe you should stop eating out if you're so damn scared of using plastic in low heat.

We made this in my home arts class and the result was GREEN

I wouldn't call this an omelet! Maybe an egg-lump?!

  13. Ihealyouk September 25, 2017 at 1:24 pm

I like the way they 'cup' the eggs.

  14. haxpaxed September 25, 2017 at 1:24 pm

Or just learn how to make a fucking omelette.

  15. plan9or10 September 25, 2017 at 1:24 pm

  16. Rafina Wiyanti September 25, 2017 at 1:24 pm

Ziploc bags claim to be bpa free, so I'll risk it with those bags

  18. Celeste Montervil September 25, 2017 at 1:24 pm

Why not mix all the ingredients in a bowl and then put them in the bag? 🤔🤔

  19. Godisgood Allthetime September 25, 2017 at 1:24 pm

Making an omelette isn't that time consuming.

  20. Lorena A September 25, 2017 at 1:24 pm

    Nahhh….When camping it´s a lot of easier just make them i a pan…

  21. Mike Mac September 25, 2017 at 1:24 pm

Si instead of buying a bowl ans a whisk, just keep throwing Ziploc bags into the landfill. Seems legit. Oh sorry, not 'legit', I spelled 'stupid as fuck' wrong.

  22. Dan Wheels September 25, 2017 at 1:24 pm

I'm pretty sure the people at Altrecipes have never actually gad an omelette. There's a HUGE difference between eggs and veggies/meat cooked in a pan and then folded on itself and a rubbery egg tube with chunks of other food in it. PLEASE don't make this atrocity.

  23. Minoru Mineta September 25, 2017 at 1:24 pm

Oh nice a love a hint of plastic in my food

  24. lori nelson September 25, 2017 at 1:24 pm

Boy Scouts have made these "egg bombs" for years. Great and easy way to cook over a campfire.

  25. Spencer Booth September 25, 2017 at 1:24 pm

A boil in the bag for a day out walking. So much nay saying and bitching over an idea.

  26. Reginald Anthony September 25, 2017 at 1:24 pm

so question. Sous vide is a tbing and they use plastic for the water bath. why would this be bad?

  27. Arron R. September 25, 2017 at 1:24 pm

    Mmmmmm yummy BPA's

  28. Curtis September 25, 2017 at 1:24 pm

Would you like some eggs with your cheese and vegetables?

  29. ZombieDeathRace September 25, 2017 at 1:24 pm

It's mind boggling how little you people know about cooking and plastics…

  30. Zeenat Durrani September 25, 2017 at 1:24 pm

Man…heating soft plastic is like courting cancer….nope I wont do it….

  31. susan hopkins September 25, 2017 at 1:24 pm

    Cute idea.

  32. Vitalii Hanych September 25, 2017 at 1:24 pm
